Our hosting provider shut down all list servers at midnight 07/21/2026 and warnings did not get to me.

We had been planning on moving the CAMS mailing list over to Groups.io as our provider and I do have an older subscriber export from Mailman, plus a history of add/drop messages to use to bring it up to date.

This now becomes an urgent move, and I hope to complete it by 07/26/2026. The process is not as automatic as I had hoped. Manual intervention is needed because Mailman export did not preserve user names and there is lots of dead wood that needs to be removed. There are over 400 subscribers to be processed.

Groups.io provides access both as a email list and as a web forum, plus it can automatically resize photos, so no more rejection of oversize image attachments.
